Scientists have discovered mysterious clouds (pictured above) creeping out of the Arctic and threatening us with who-knows-what.The Rascal, ordinarily a brave sort, is scared witless and hereby repents all his sins (but doesn't necessarily vow to commit no more of them, especially if this cloud thing blows over).
